When it came time to redesign their website, the Kingston Arts Council was faced with a challenge of simplifying their online approach while managing the vast amount of content and documents that are vital to the delivery of services.
Brian Chard Design was able to help by analyzing the user experience and simplifying the information architecture to create a website that was more accessible by the public and useable by the Kingston Arts Council organization itself.
The website features information about the organization, their programs, grant applications, links, and funding options. An Instagram gallery is also embedded to provide an on-going visual trip through the Kinston arts community. The website also hosts a community arts calendar that serves as the backbone to the Kingston Ontario arts events scene.
