I work closely with my clients to design internet solutions that fit their business activities, objectives, and budget. I offer personal service and honest advice, and I can create web design solutions that will position your organization as a leader in your industry.
My experience and knowledge of web design and online marketing strategy is extensive, and I can help you get your business online in an effective manner. From start-ups, to non-profits, to national brands, I have worked with many organizations and helped them reach their online goals.
I was born the year Atari was invented. I grew up learning primitive Internet technologies, and I designed and developed websites and internet technologies through the “dot com” boom and bust period for national brands and internationally recognized businesses.
I am a pioneer of using the Internet for mass communication. In 1996, I was on a small team which was one of only two major networks in North America delivering the Tour de France online. My publishing of the Tour de France was viewed by millions of people and set the stage for years of Internet streaming of the Tour in the years that followed. Further, the team handled PR for Lance Armstrong when news broke that he had cancer.
Further, I was a founding member of Tech Village (Rossland BC) and served on the board of directors for two years. Years ago, I was the curriculum creator and instructor for “Website Management & Internet Design” (Dept. of Computer Science) at Selkirk College in 1999 – 2001 and further taught design and advertising in the School of Business at St Lawrence College. Also, I’ve had the privilege of designing and collaborating with many other top Canadian graphic designers and agencies.
My client list includes many award-winning companies including two of “Canada’s Best Privately Managed Companies”, as judged by the National Post, multiple Kootenay Business Magazine’s “Business People of the Year” winners, and multiple nationally renowned brands including Queen’s University.
